More Fritillaries

Bulb by Anna Pavord

I was pleased to see that the book Bulb by Anna Pavord has a section describing fritillaries.  Since learning about these flowers for the first time in March, I have seen both yellow and orange varieties in bloom around the neighborhood.

    I have the lilacs for my background picture they are absolutely beautiful, can’t wait until they bloom here.
