You’ve captured that robin-ish insouciance perfectly. They’re still my favorite bird, though I very rarely see them now, and have to resort to YouTube videos to hear their song.

Ha! Just today I posted about seeing and hearing robins in the midwest during a flying trip to visit family. I was looking for some information on their various calls and songs, and look whose page popped up! I love your sketches even more, now that I’ve had more recent experience of my own and don’t have to be so envious!
