I wish we could get good pears. Since they don’t grow here, everything in the store is rock hard, or tasteless. I ordered some from Harry and David once, just because I really wanted a good pear, but they weren’t much better.
We do have pear trees, but they’re cooking pears, and usually end up in preserves or such. Ah, well. We have peaches and citrus, so there’s that.

Real nice! I like to keep most of my “fuzzy” photos, too, because they can make great impressionistic paintings.
