A trio of poppies

Poppy with cross-process effect (The petals remind me of a twirling skirt.)

Beautiful and yes, the petals do look like a twirling skirt…:) I would give anything for seeds of that poppy, so I could have little, pink, dancers in my garden!!

  2. Chris Says:

maybe you could sneak back to that garden when the poppies go to seed!! :))

  3. This reminded me of the lines from the Spanish folksong “Malagueña Salerosa”: “Eres linda y herechicera // Como el candor de una rosa” (“You are lovely and enchanting, like the openness of a rose”). By the way, thanks again for linking to my http://hmmlorientalia.wordpress.com/ post; you might also find my other blog, http://hismemoriesinatrunk.wordpress.com/, of interest. Best wishes!
